Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe
you need a grill of some sort - george forman or bbq
you might also want to buy some naan
Part 1
iNgrEdiEnTs
1 cup yogurt
1 tblspoon lemon juice
2 tspoons ground cumin
1 tspoon ground cinnamon
2 tspoons cayenne pepper
2 tspoons ground pepper
1 tblspoon minced fresh ginger
4 tspoons salt
3 boneless chicken breasts
and you'll need some skewers
- in a medium bowl combine : yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, black pepper, ginger, and salt. cut the chicken into cubes, then put the cubes into the mix. cover the bowl and put that in the fridge for at least an hour, but the longer the better.
-get your grill ready on high heat!
-after its sat for awhile, thread the chicken onto the skewers. you an throw the rest of the sauce away you don't need it anymore. put skewers onto the grill and cook till juices run clear. 7 min at least.

IngRedIenTs
1 tblspoon butter
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tspoons ground cumin
2 tspoons paprika
3 tspoons salt
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
some fresh cilantro, chopped, to garnish
also a box of jasmine rice
-melt butter in a large skillet over med heat. saute garlic and jalapeno. season with cumin, paprika, and salt. stir in tomato sauce and cream. simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 min. add the grilled chicken, and simmer. while it simmers make the box of rice. garnish and enjoy!!
